Delivery Policy
Please note: changes cannot be made after an order is placed (we can only cancel it) so please ensure that your order is 100% correct before confirming.
We make every effort to dispatch your goods quickly and for your peace of mind, all deliveries are tracked.
Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days. (royal mail tracked)
Next Day Delivery: 1-2 working days. when orders are placed before 2 pm.
International delivery: 1- 7 working days (for outside the EU 1- 10 days)
All orders are protected by compensatation if lost or stolen.
We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises .
For security reasons, we can only ship orders, to the customer's billing address, please email us for more info.
If you are not at home a calling card will be left and delivery may be attempted up to 3 times.
If your delivery is returned to us, it will cost £4.99 (or £9.99 next day delivery) for us to resend it to you.
If you require extra support please contact us stating how you would like us to assist.​
Return & Exchange Policy
All deliveries should be checked immediately, in the unlikely event that there are any damages these must be reported immediately on the same day.
Please return any items within 7 days of receipt for a replacement. We do not refund shipping cost.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return all undamaged and unworn items within 7 days of the order date. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note: items marked reduced (discounted price) or purchased with a discount code can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.
We will only accept returns within this time if the items are received back to us in the same 'new' condition as they were sent.
We will not accept any returns without a returns form, a returns form is available to be printed off from your order history.
Items that have been worn, washed, decorated or altered will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
If returned items do not match their original new condition they will be returned to the customer.
